Terms of Use (EULA)
1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or accessing OctoMind, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("EULA"). We also adopt Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) for iOS transactions.
2. In-App Purchases & Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
OctoMind offers optional Pro features available via Lifetime Purchase or Monthly Auto-Renewable Subscriptions ("OctoMind PRO"):
- Free Trial: Subscriptions may include a 3-day free trial. Payment will be charged to your iTunes/App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Account Settings after purchase.
3. Intellectual Property & Use License
OctoMind grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application solely for personal, professional, and project planning purposes.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
OctoMind is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device hardware failure or unbacked-up local storage.
