OctoMind ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how data is collected, used, and protected when you use our mobile application and web services.

2. Data Collection and Usage

OctoMind is designed with a privacy-first architecture:

Mind Map Content: All mind maps, nodes, titles, notes, and exports created in OctoMind are stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud/Cloud storage. We do not transmit or inspect your private mind map content.
In-App Purchases: Payments are processed securely directly through Apple App Store (StoreKit 2) or Google Play Store. We do not store or collect credit card or banking details.
Analytics & Ads: We use Google Analytics and non-personalized AdMob ads to monitor general app performance and crash reports without tracking across third-party websites or apps.

3. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

OctoMind does not track user activity across third-party apps or websites for targeted advertising. We do not sell or broker user data.

4. Data Security

Your mind map data remains under your full control. You can delete or clear your local mind maps at any time through the app interface.
